When you’re in the ministry trenches at your college or university what’s better than having a coach to help you navigate your way through? A team of Impact Campus Coaches are available to help you start an Impact chapter or to help you develop your current chapter at your college or university. Our campus coaches walk alongside the chapter students, providing guidance, ministry resources, and other valuable assets to help spread the truth of Jesus Christ!
The Four Stages of an Impact Chapter
In addition, there are four stages that an Impact chapter goes through at the collegiate level. Here they are:
-
PIONEERING
Someone is actively doing something to surface a key leader and launch an Impact chapter on the campus. This could be regularly praying for the campus, following up with interested students, or seeking to find a leader through the internet, poster strategies or Impact kit distribution. This would also include when a potential key leader is surfaced, but has yet to go through the certification process or been connected with an Impact coach.

Meet Our Associate National Field Director for Campus
Lorna Johnson serves full time with The Impact Movement and currently gives leadership to The Impact Movement’s campus ministry strategy. She and her husband, Dirke, have been married 32 years and live in Orlando, Florida. They have three daughters: Danelle, Alyssa and Briana. Since 1980 she has been speaking, teaching and directing short mission trips throughout Africa and the U.S. Interesting fact-Lorna was an alternate for two events in the 1972 Olympics.
Here is an example of one of the resources our chapters use for evangelism: The Passage. An evangelism tool to help explain why we need salvation and how we can begin a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
