We believe greatly in training our college students. Because of that, each of our collegiate chapters is directed by the students on that campus with the help of our coaches. Check out the leadership positions that students on each campus can fill on the Servant/Leader Team on their campus.

*Liaison
- Communicates with the chapter’s coach on a weekly basis
- Facilitates “Servant Team” meetings
- Responsible for the development and shepherding of the servant team
- Facilitates prayer for the team and the movement
- Leads in such a way that the chapter is living out Impact’s mission
- Leads a small group
*Evangelism/Outreach
- Monthly Meetings – this is for a preferred setup of having small groups every week and one main meeting a month that is topical to invite people on campus and intentionally share the gospel.
- Leads the chapter in regular evangelism opportunities and plans special outreaches
- Facilitates Passage and Satisfied booklets training
- Oversees distribution of Impact Kits/planners
- Leads a small group
Follow-up
(this role works very closely with both Evangelism/Outreach & Discipleship)
- Facilitates gathering new individual’s contact info (e.g. contact cards should be collected at every monthly meeting and outreach events.)
- Establishes methods for members keeping in touch and managing database
- Helps direct individuals to specific small groups
- Facilitates training on how to do follow-up
- Leads a small group
*Discipleship
- Oversees setup of growth groups & facilitates training for growth group leaders
- Holder of Grill CD, Discipleship Manual and/or other chapter wide resources and materials.
- Leads a small group
Community Engagement
- Ensures the chapter has regular and on-going opportunities for local involvement in the community, esp. tutoring opportunities.
- Is responsible for gathering stories and statistics for the chapter’s community involvement.
- Leads a small group
Conference & Events
- Oversees promotion of conferences and events
- Serves as the chapter point person for registration-related issues
- Leads local fundraising efforts for the chapter
